I have finished marking the Socials tests today and will send them home to be signed tomorrow. If your child has a minimally meets expectations mark or lower, they will need to take a retake next Tuesday.
Thursday is Holy Thursday and we will be participating in a school wide retreat. The Grade Sevens will be re-enacting the Stations of the Cross for each class in the morning and all the primary grades will be doing different activities in the afternoon together.
If you would like to send Easter treats for the students, please do so next week when we return from the long weekend, so we can concentrate on the true meaning of Holy Thursday and Good Friday this week. Thank you!

Happy April's Fools! We had a fun morning this morning talking about pranks and jokes... I did warn them that pranks had to end at noon so hopefully you are all in the clear tonight! I did sit on a whoopie cushion today :)
We just started reading Charlotte's Web, one of my all-time favourite books. We have an in-class project we are working on in conjunction with the chapters. It's an ABC book that reflects the themes and characters of the book.
At least 2/3 of the class is in Track and Field (WOW!) When those students are away at meets, they are responsible for keeping up with the work they miss.
